Rounded Articulation

BEZNOSKA, s.r.o.

Here you can see a production batch of stainless steel balls, which are part of the assembly of the orthopaedic implant for a human hip joint.  Each ball weighs approximately 200 grammes and is placed at the end of the femur in the pelvic cavity, creating what is called the femoral head. It is polished to a mirror-like shine so that it can bring back the joy of movement for up to twenty years and does not rub the joint in any way.

The polishing process is one of the last out of a total of seventeen production steps. This entire ball is produced in the Czech Republic in fifteen different sizes and can restore movement to men and women of all sizes! Together with other orthopaedic implants from the family company Beznoska, you can receive such balls during joint replacement in most local hospitals and across the world, from Sweden to South Africa, including Ukraine.

And if you happen to fly to the Dominican Republic or Brazil on vacation sometime in the future (where you can also find Beznoska implants), your doctor will issue you with a card explaining that you are the owner of an artificial joint implant, so that airport security will let you through smoothly and without setting off alarms!
